Those who missed so far might have done transactions at the end of the offer day or they did something wrong. Mostly i dont expect woohoo will give the cash back if you contact as they are poor in support.

I mean that you may done on the last days of the offer compared to others who got cash back, so it might take more time to credit or something might have gone wrong with your transaction.
