They already said that during the launch initially the release is exclusive to china A guy asked them this question !

Don’t buy any products from Flipkart just by booking in advance. If you find that product is not working or defective, then getting back your money from Flipkart is a difficult task. The present day flipkart is not service oriented as it used to be in the past.

With Indians looting them left and right(with all sorts of shitty reasons/schemes), they have changed drastically. I have seen a marked change in their approach. They seem more cautious believe it or not.

For Indians it should be much much ahead of S4 cause here it comes with Exynos Mi3 comes with Snapdragon 800 which is marginally less than the Snapdragon Variant used in 2014 flasgships (S5 , One M8) etc tec … Snapdragon 801 is clocked @2.5ghz whereas Snapdragon 800 clocked @2.3ghz for optimum usage !
