Had a discussion with two ladies right away and had to fire up the senior lady because they are still giving dumb excuses like payment gateway is having technical issues. Made it very clear that if she doesn’t process my refund today I would torture her by giving frequent calls, as much as no one did in the past.

For me also they told that ,there is some issue with payment gateway.. then I spoken to my hdfc cc care.. they told that payment released successfully from our side & they even claimed.. Then they told if you want you can raise dispute reg this..so that we will start investigate the matter and more over you no need to pay that amount until the issue got resolve.. same conversation i told to zaggle cc care(her name bhavika).. immediately she told sir pls dont do that.. I will check n confirm like that she started.. within same day she called and told we received your payment but there is technical issue with BMS cards so i am initiating the refund.. within that week i got refund

zaggle is fraud they looted us, they took my money and still no news of refund 1 month passed. Very untrustful website beware about their scams.

Zaggle is completely waste. I ordered freecharge gc still I didn’t got almost 2 weeks and cc always says you’ll get within 24hrs.
