About hitachi air conditioner

I purchased air conditioner by usuing paytm app..and the order no. Is 4625576596 the packing is so cheap it look like the product is 4-5 year old and stored in scrap house the product is in very bad condition after installation the part of ac body is loose and new ac makes sound also ..and the installation team is also newly trained .. paytm is making hitachi name is so cheap
I have many more hitachi ac also .but now i confirm tat i will not purchase any product by paytm.. flipkart is best either it is quite expensive but it worth ..or paytm have to remove the dealer ..many more to say m ay be u understand never purchase electronic items via paytm it may gives u deal but it is so cheap..
