AGAIN: Two month wait for Wrong Product!!

I ordered a Floral Print Clutch (66_AG1000005) from Big Adda on 13 August 2011 vide order # 100015165.
Nothing happened !!
Then, I made about 20 PHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, almost daily ā¦ No one knew what was going on !!
FINALLY, some lady call centre operator took personal initiative and had the order delivered to me in end SEPTEMBER 2011.
ā¦ā¦ GUESS WHAT ??? They delivered the wrong CLUTCH PURSE !!! YET AGAIN !!!! 
AS usual, I have made complaints many timesā¦. but no response from ANIL DHIRUBHAI AMBANI GROUP owned RELIANCEās Big Adda!!
My second identical experienceā¦. unfortunately both products bought same day! 
NEVER BUY FROM BIG ADDA !
