Activation of cards purchased from GCI (via Paytm) and affiliate cashback: GCI implemented a web-based activation request system in Oct. And Amazon/Paytm stopped paying affiliate commissions on the purchase of the Axis GCs. Moreover, GCI may take two weeks or even longer to activate cards as they have to rely on the broken/dysfunctional systems of Axis Bank. You should escalate the activation request via email ([email protected]) if your card doesn’t get activated within the promised timeframe of 3-4 days. Card blocking: As mentioned in some of the above linked posts, if you try to use an Axis GC for a transaction or try logging in to the Axis prepaid portal for checking the statements and fail more than 3 times consecutively, the card will get blocked. This is not a major issue. You will simply have to wait for at least 24 hours before reattempting a transaction or login. Make sure you do not attempt another transaction or login before 24 hours have passed as it might reset the clock. Also, some users have reported that the automatic unblocking took more than 24 hours in some cases. So be patient.

Call Axis Prepaid Customer Care and ask whether is CARD is active or not .If they say it is active and loaded then they are ones who have to fix the issue …..OR if they say card is IN-Active then AMAZON seller can only help fix the issue by activating and loading the amount …

0. chk at axis atm whether its working or not and how much amt is there.
1. mail the whole issue via amazon to seller.
2. chk whether u have the A-Z thing still in range for this card.
3. try in paytm with 1 re load
4. call axis cc and ask them whether its active. if yes then is the card loaded. if not then ask them the reason and fix the issue. mail them the issue after call. also raise the issue with amazon as they usually look out for actiavting and loading wallets i believe coz of the semmer name being displayed on the axis portal.
5. raise a grievance in axis site.

update: just clicked. how the hell did u buy axis using amazon gc? do u ask dd to buy axis gc via amazon using ur dimes? never redeemed dimes.

@bumblefoot please listen, @Amolverma.6 said he reedemed his dimes through Amazon for axis gift card which you sent him Now please don’t do delay and file A-Z claim for the same as @Amolverma.6 is very clear on his side and saying he didn’t used the amount. They will refund the amount 100% Don’t worry if the Time limit of A-Z claim is passed, amazon team can still file it. Once i have filed the claim via Amazon after 5 month of purchase because the limit of filing A-Z claim is only 3 months for the customer!

@Amolverma.6 The best thing is to ask Amazon to refund the amount. Don’t ever think of getting a proper resolution from Axis.

Mobile number at the time of registration doesn’t matter. You should contact nearest Axis Bank and ask them to activate your card. I was facing same type of issue but I got resolved it with the help of GCI and Paytm CC as I purchased from Paytm.

Did you checked your account (CC/DC/NB) through which you had bought the card as there might be a case that Amazon would have refunded the amount ….As it had happened once with me that after Multiple follow ups Amazon seller activated the card in 1.5months …Amazon also refunded the amount after 6months as I had raised a dispute …

Activated from amazon seller, No i havent got ne refund

Call Axis Prepaid CC and lodge a Service request asking for reason for deduction and request to refund ASAP …If they are not listening then File a Written complaint with any Axis bank branch and take a receipt for the same . If they donot resolve your issue with a 1-2 weeks then File a Case against them with RBI ..they will coming running after you …..OR you can try Twitter (haven’t tried ) only after a Service request …

Almost forgot that axis cards still exist
Everytime used to transfer card balance to bank account within a day or two, so never got worried about expiry date

guys, few transactions got failed and im trying to login to my axis portal first time but it always says user blocked even when im giving a gap of more than 48/72 hrs… now when im calling axis cc Axis Telebanking – 022-67987700 (earlier till nov they used to fwd to actual prepaid dept) it always gets connected to credit cards dept and they always fwd to axis banking dept and not to axis prepaid cards… i was given number by them and when i call that number they again say its not prepaid dept and they give new number… its like a long chain now and i have 4-5 numbers now. below are the ones i got but none is related to axis prepaid dept in actual.
