Why do you need userid and pwd …just verified by visa PWD is required .

failed transactions and refunds/reversals… so need to check the same….

AFAIK paytm and amazon removed Axis cards due to numerous customer complaints

i think there is some thing going on internally at axis i guesss…

I too used to get the user blocked error after which I stopped using the default password which came with the cards.
I simply used the forgot password option on the prepaid card login page, entered the card no, expiry date, atm pin and then enter the dob as 1-Jan-1920, after which it allows you to set a new password (I found this to be a lot easier process than to decipher the default password typed with the illegible font )

Got rs 200 stuck in on card. Added cash in ola and transaction failed but card still got charged. Ola cc refuses to acknowledge any such transaction and asking for bank statement. Been trying for weeks to login to axis bank like stated in the first post so I can get the statement but unable to fo so. Calling Axis cc is useless too as they don’t help either. Keeps giving me different numbers to call but no one seems able to help figure this out. For now its just 200 bucks so not an issue even if I dont get it back. But still need to find out how to get the statement in case it happens again next time. Any help will be much appreciated.
