no mine didnt changed….axis gave courier details 5 days before shipping

Infibeam shipped my AMEXes after 17 days via FedEx,

And I am like seriously, FedEx ?!!
I am very much fine with Indian Post too if you just ship within time limits !!!

My Amex card shipped via FedEx, earlier it was EcomExpress.

Most likely to receive it tomorrow.

I received the card ..and I could able to login netbanking and see the status as active even I received an sms regarding loaing money from axisbank.

But when I am trying to use online (paytm- loaind wallet with 1Rs), it is asking VBV setup in which it asked expiry, paytm, and email id. after entering them, clicked continue then I am getting the follwoing error

“For security reasons your Verified By Visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details.
Your card/login has been blocked for further use at Verified By Visa merchants. For further query about your card, Please contact Axis Bank by email at: [email protected] / [email protected] To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click ‘Continue’”

what could be the issue? am I missing something?

First of all why did you try using the card before setting up the VBV password? I know it can be done during first usage of card, but it would have been much easier to set up the VBV pass beforehand.

Anyway how many times did you try setting up the VBV details before your card was blocked?

Recently I received my hdfc credit card and I did setup VBV password during 1st purchase only. It was success, so tried for this card as well.

but it would have been much easier to set up the VBV pass beforehand.

thought same..so tried for the 2nd card to setup VBV first from axix bank’s VBV password registration page..but it was stuck at 2nd step of registration with this error "Unable to authenticate, request has timed out. Please try again. "

Anyway how many times did you try setting up the VBV details before your card was blocked?

I got that blocked message in 1st attempt itself.

i am also getting similar error for 1 of my card…

but as i understood u r not even able to log in axis bank prepaid account….? if thats the case then probaly card is not active…
once card is active u should be able to login atleast

one of the reason i found by trial and error was that if v enter email id diferent from which v ordered on amazon it sometimes throws this error…but as i said for me too even after entering everything right m getting same error…

EDIT- in afternoon i sent an mail to cc and now m able to use the card…
but even after using more than 10 axis bank cards many mysteries still remain unsolved

no..I was abe to login axis bank prepaid account and I can see card status as active but I could not use it online. I have entered everything correct, including amazon’s email address, still the same issue.
it seems it is also one of the mystery( or am I missing something? )

anyway I sent an email to CC just mentioning the above error and card number. Is that enough?

however if somehow it reached without being activated

Me too facing same issue. Card is activated, got msg about balance.
I am guessing it may be due to multiple cards attached to same number/email address. i hv 6 cards.
