Currently the cheapest with spaceship.com(coupon code: COMPROS and COM67) limited to one domain per account, card, family(idk what they mean by that).
second would be namesilo with coupon: welCOM

If you need Domain Privacy (whois privacy), and other perks..go for Porkbun.com. Keep in mind that usually domain Registrars give .com on sale and then charge you almost double when it comes to renewal.
But that's not the case with porkbun.
So if you are planning for the long term, go for porkbun.
