Bad quality of the product. Total cheats

Ferns N petals were good initially but now they have totally lost it. Fooling the public. I think they have outsourced to rubbish vendors who are fooling people. I ordered balloons yesterday. The final product that was delivered was very sad compared to the picture shown on website. I have been raising tickets to their useless customer service which first apologises for the Poor quality and informs that they will replace them get a call in the evening that it will be resolved by 9pm yesterday. After repeated complaints now I get a response that complaint is closed as vendor has delivered the correct same as the website. Big fraud. See the difference what was delivered . No ribbons and bows and very sad look in actual. It was not worth Rs 1700 which I paid
