Hi Everyone,

I am going to share a horrible experience that I had with dailydealbazaar.com

This is regarding the order number #2468 that I placed with them on 19 June for Hill Billy Teeth worth 49 Rs. This is not 49 Rs but about how they made me feel like. I waited patiently for the product to arrive. After 7 days I mailed them and I was told that the product was returned back as I was not at home. Which was ok as I work and my house was locked during day time. But I wondered why I did not get a call from the courier company regarding the courier attempt. My landlord lives nearby and I could have asked him to pick the courier for me. Anyways, I then asked dailydealbazar customer care girl named Tanya that why was the delivery not scheduled later on as most of the courier company attempts delivery three times before sending the product back to the store owner. I did not get an appropriate answer from her then I asked for a refund or reshipment. She politely said that it is not possible to reship the product however, if I place another order then I can have both products shipped together. That sounded ok to me, but I thought I should ask for a refund before placing another order. She said that she will have to confirm from her seniors regarding the refund and asked for a time frame of 24 hours and promised me a call back. Till date I have not received a call back from her and they now do not respond back to emails or calls.

I mailed them many times but received no reply. How hard is to ship a product from the same city. Their store is around 20 -22 km from my residence and still they are not ready to ship or provide a refund.

I strictly warn you guys to think before purchasing from dailydealbazaar.com as I can very well say that their tactics is to simply eat up the customer’s money without even shipping products. Moreover the courier company’ website does not show any tracking information which leads me to believe that they did not even ship the product..

Strict no no to dailydealbazaar.com…

Daily Deal Bazaar Representative: I have ordered for an e-cigarette on 28th Aug and still haven’t received a delivery of the same. Order number is 4759. Have tried calling the customer care number but haven’t been able to get through..have posted a query on the chat as well but haven’t heard back…need your assistance in this matter. By when would the order be delivered..The status of the order shows as “completed” on your website..

i paid 99 for hub and i should pay equilent or even more amount to send them back .. i throwed it away

Hey friends I want to share my views about this pathetic website. I ordered a pack of e-cigarette from there website and the money was deducted the same day with order no. 5000. Now I saw on their website “Live Chat” option and I thought maybe I should ask about the delivery time. I clicked and then after 2-3 min. one representative named Manish came online. I asked him how many days will it take and he told 2-3 days. That was pretty quick. So I waited for 3 days but still there was no sign of my product. Now I thought to call customer carebut to my surprise the number they have given as customer care doesn’t exist and moreover they haven’t given any email id to contact. They have that little form below that page in which after sending so many times they will not respond. So, now the only way left to ask anyone was the online chat. So I have to check everytime if that chat thing is online or not. After a day I got lucky and again Manish there told me that your item is ready to be shipped. Tomorrow morning the details will be updated and you can see it under my accounts Order History page. I said ok. And, then that till today there is no information of my order on my account page also.

So, Its like this website has no respect for customers. What can be more traumatic for an e-commerce website to give an invalid customer care number.
Pathetic.

And, ya Dailydealbazaar rep. if you are out there atleast give me some information.

@mraj146 – product was dispatched immediately, the only problem was the status was not updated. Even you can check online “dfcolin247’s” 3 out of 4 parcels are delivered.

I have placed an order for a pack of e-ciggrettes on 23.03.2012 h1(. (order no. 7568)

on Daily Deal Bazaar.com. I haven’t recieved my prooduct yet. I have checked my order status on their website. It says Completed. I tried their customer care number and its not responding. I have ordered Flexible 12.0 MP Webcam costing me Rs.379 on Daily Deal Bazaar on 3/04/2012.I paid for the same via my Credit card and the amount was deducted from my account. still did not deliver my product . I have checked my DDB account for status. I am shocked to see that it says !!Order Status- “COMPLETED”!!. I tried to get help by conatacting their Live Chat option but it remains OFFLINE always. I sent them several mails but didnt get even a single mail from them as response. I called in the customer support number but it always says “SWITCHED OFF”. DailyDeals Bazzar: I have placed two orders in your website, Order no. #7909 and #7910 on 21/04/2012.
I received the invoice mail, but till date(25/04/2012) I have not received any mail regarding when my order will be delivered. The my orders list in your website is just showing Status as complete right from the time of placing the order and doing the payment by debit card (And the amount has been deducted from my account). Pls let me know about when I will get the products.
