BEWARE: PHONES ARE REFURBISHWD & FAULTY NOT NEW

I bought a Redmi 6 for my Mother in exchange of OnePlus  during festive sale on Flipkart & requested to deliver after 25th Oct as i was away. But my request was discarded & it was delivered on 19th. Felivery guy refused to accept my Mother old phone due to smal scuffs buy as my mother was ready to give him all accessories, box even bill still the guy threatened to cancel thr order if money wasn’t given equalent to exchange value of Old phone. My mother who wasn’t able to contact me that time as i was away from home accidentaly gave him money. When i got to know about his behaviour, i reported to flipkart who took no action. Untill i come back on 25th oct, my Mother didn’t opened the phone & when i opened it on next day found speaker was faulty & we were unable to hear any imcoming calls. It was a very bad experience untill next 2 days as all the calls were missed call for us so i requested for a return. A technician visited last night around 9:30 pm checked the phone & found issue. He even was agreed with the issue as he knew that this phone speakers are nit that loud & other customers gacing the same. So he prepared a job sheet with faulty speaker & customer not hapoy with performance which i signed later upon agreed. He told me my phone will getvreplace with new one but his intention was different looks greedy as later he updated phone had no issue other than third party app who causing issue. So Flipkart cancelled my order for exchange. Upon chasing with same guy, he said its flipkart who cancelked even though he mentioned the same reason. But CS over the phonecsaid he mentioned opposite. Now as a result, i lose all my money & got a faulty product. Seems phone is refurbished as no volume at all.

I will request to everyone be aware & check everything. If you need to call technician , make sure they not greedy & take a SS also as a proof.
