Any way to extend the bigbasket gift card validity.. I have Rs. 1000 gv expired on 2nd May purchase from bigbasket itself last year.. Many times they have shutdown services and reopen ..just scrolling to mails n got 1 gift card left...
Customer care is not helping and saying they don't have the option to extend even the second level executive said the same thing.. what to do now.. can anyone guide or Woohoo vll extend as in their t&c also written no validity vll increase ..

I don't think they will that's there major income source. You might think I'm talking gibberish but there was a report where it said close to 280cr of gv's get unclaimed/expired every year

Other than Amazon does anyone extend GV validity once it's elapsed? I recently got one reinstated that had expired 6 years back.
