This Next year means, one year from today or normal year? If it is one year from today, then I guess he was born on Jan 1st??

This Next year means, one year from today or normal year? If it is one year from today, then I guess he was born on Jan 1st??

next year means normal year which starts on 1jan and ends on 31st march

We’ll light the first rope from both ends. It should then take 30 minutes to burn.
Then we divide the second rope into 2 equal parts and burn them at the same time. It will take 15 minutes to burn.
Hence we measure a period of 45 minutes
