Deal with them only if you are prepared to loose your money

Hell all,

Came to know through Timtara through Desidime and placed an order for Hard Drive 1 TB as they were offering the best deal. Its almost 30 days there is no news for the same.

If you call their so called Call center it will either come busy or no one will pick up. After repeated trials once I got through, I was told to email to [email protected] and I have at least emailed 5 or 6 times over last one and half week and there is no news on the same. on the website my product is still ‘awaiting shipment’. Through various sources I have figured out numbers of Imitiaz, Raja and other people but they are of no help. Even if you call them on their personal phone no one picks up.

The entire internet is full of complaint. Wish I was warned against them before dealing. Check this out
