Moreover, being on a shopping forum, everyone will understand English but can you say the same thing about Hindi? Can you show me one Indian who shops online without a basic knowledge of English? constitution clauses r debatable but they r must to maintain fine balance in our society…they try to please all without displeasing any1 in particular…lots of thought and logic has been inculcated for the same – and it has done extremely well – 60 odd yrs of its working is infront of us— ( v arnt living in france for godsake where sikhs cant use turban, muslims cant use hijab ) and dont misunderstood it by thinking its just a DEBATABLE LAW- coz it has some INALIENABLE rights which every person is born with and no1 can take them away from him/her…

All these 3-4 lines takes us to latter half of ur of points u raised— its must be clear that question isnt about how many know english/hindi- QUESTION is ABOUT me being forcing me give away my SACROSANCT and ABSOLUTE right….
