Did not receive GC, how to reach out (SBI CC application through GPAY)

I had recently applied for SBI SimplyClick CC via a GPAY link which entitled to me a 500 voucher once the card is approved. However its been 10 days since my card was delivered and over 2-3 weeks since the card is approved. How should I reach out to GPAY to get the gift card which I am entitled to?

Have you activated the card? Usually these benefits gets activated after card activation and even sometimes after completing the necessary transaction amount after activation. Check tnc in gpay first to know

U Can Still See The Terms In Gpay App Rewards Section... There Must Be Definitely Some Spend Criteria Like Spend 2000rs In 60 Days Etc..
