Does not ship

Found a good deal and ignoring DD ratings, I still went ahead with a purchase. First thing is their SLA for shipping – 6 days to ship (not deliver)?? Which country are these guys in? I expect items to be shipped in 2 days flat. I ignored this too and thinking that its the max time, nothing stops them from shipping it earlier. Finally after 6 days, there was still no update on my order. Just lying there. I had to cancel it and get my money back. The only positive that I saw is their Customer care, which is courteous and speaks good English. So, end of the day – pepperfry is another website which just keeps your money for free and (hopefully) gives it back after keeping it for 2-3 weeks interest free.
