Flipkart Order - Missing Item

I placed an order of about 5000 and applied 10% card offer and paid 5% using supercoins for multiple items. The items was split across multiple orders.
For one of the item, I ordered 2 quantity. Both of them were part of same order. After delivery (not open box), I found that it has only one item. I knew even before opening that it has only one item, as I could feel it, so I did unboxing video as well.
I immediately called customer care and they raised return request (without pickup). I requested for replacement item, but customer care denied saying in such cases they can only raise refund request to seller. They didn't ask me any photo or unboxing video yet.
This item MRP was 699, after card discount and offer handling fee, this particular item is showing as 604rs and 35 supercoins.
Now my question is will they refund it? I don't have any recent refund requests and don't remember anything in past as well. If yes, what will be refund amount?
Will they deduct the entire 500 discount I got on this whole order and give me just 100rs, since my overall order value will now drop below 5000 and offer won't apply.
Any suggestions on how to proceed further in this?
P.S. There is still 2 more items yet to delivered as a part of same order.

they will credit 35 supercoins immediately, and will refund 604/- on original payment method (in this case credit card) within few days. Just see the order page, there is a written price+supercoin part under the missing item, you will get refund of it. They will not provide a replacement. This incident has happened to me for a lot of time. They will not deduce the card discount as product missing is not your fault. Yes, you will get 100 supercoins back, as you valid order is over 2000 (and 5% of 2000 is 100).

They will refund the amount paid and you can keep the item.

So, I will get 604rs and 35 supercoins back, as it is showing on order page for that item? Or there will be any deductions for offer handling fee or anything else?
Also, I was supposed to get 100 supercoins post return period. Will that still be valid?
Thanks Everyone. They have processed full refund of 604 (yet to be credited) to card and 35 supercoins.
So, no deductions of offer handling fee and discount from other products. Also, I still see 100 supercoins to be credited in pending supercoins section.
Only thing is I can't buy it again with same price, as 10% card discount won't apply on 699.
