Fraud payment e wallet or gateway

Paytm is a fraud e wallet and fraud payment gateway.
1. I have done recharge recently, amount debited from my wallet but recharge not done.
2. I was suppose to get total 1200 cashback for two transaction but did not get
3. I have submitted KYC already, but still it’s asking for KYC required
4. No one picks call when you try contacting customer care
5. No one address query if you create a ticket or send mail to paytm customer care
Hence I stopped using this Paytm application anymore. Please do not use this, otherwise you will end up wasting your time and money. It does not deserve even a single star.
