Good & Bad Sellers of Paytm

1)The name of the seller : Brands at discount
2) Products bought : Formula 1 Car Cleaning kit
3) Quality of the product : Average,came without import label might be fake so RETURNED IT
4) Authenticity : Doubtful, avoid it
5) Packaging : Average, but came in a box
6) Bills attached or not (Pricing as well) : No
7) A short review : Products looked old and sourced from Grey market
8) Anything else : Product manufacturing date is 2 years old – Jan 2013
9) Delivery was average timed.
Verdict: Big NO. BAD SELLER
His address is some shop from Model Town, Delhi. And I requested Paytm to return the item. Though he DOES NOT accept returns as such.

Does Paytm do Reverse Pickup of an item if you want to send it back on their own?
OR, do we have to send it back at our expense?

1) The name of the seller(s): DeoBazaar

2) Products bought: Gillette Fusion Power Razor

3) Quality of the product: IT was a blister pack, but was open. Blister was fully opened and was kept in place with cello tapes.

4) Authenticity: IT was an open pack, but the razor was in the holder with a tight plastic wrap around it. Taking out the razor from the holder would tear the plastic. So confirming that it was not used.

5) Packaging: Was average. But open product.

6) Bills attached or not (Pricing as well): Yes. With bills

7) A short review

8) Anything else (related to the purchase): Would avoid. Maybe selling returned products if not fakes.

Dear Dimers, this thread is becoming useless as I am unable to keep track of the 1st post of each page.

eHealthmart’s service is iffy. My first order with them was “shipped” after six days of anxious wait. Then two days later, I was notified that the order was called back and refunded. my personal experience was bad with them…product looks original but packing was horrible and box was completely damaged.

Bought from Suman Enterprises , New Delhi. That’s the name on the invoice, I am not sure about the name of the seller on PayTM.

Bought Sony Pendrive, it took a while to get delivered but the pendrive is original and everything’s working fine. Overall, Good Seller!

Even if you can’t fill in the format for every product ordered, I would suggest you to kindly post the seller names, product, quality and verdict in one lines since that will help a lot of dimers in finding whether the seller is fake or not. I, myself have been checking this thread every now and then before placing any order at PayTM to avoid any kind of problems which may arise later.

As, I have started ordering too much recently from PayTM, I will keep the thread updated with quite a few sellers from whom I have ordered.

6) A short review : Seller ship via Swapnex courier company worst company they show my order status as delivered but I never received. Today I got my order finally and courier guy apologize for showing status as delivered.
7) Anything else : I complaint about this to Paytm but no reply. Paytm is useless as far as customer service is concerned.

Verdict: Good SELLER and BEWARE of SWAPNEX courier company search in google and you will know that this Swapnex has done this to a lot of people. They update courier status to delivered but never deliver but I finally got my order thank god. I will not shop from Paytm again only recharge.

Order on 10th and today is 14th

Luckily, I was going to place the order from Fab Sales too but there was another seller Shoptym which listed the product at Rs.150 higher cost and Rs.100 cost of shipping as I was getting 40% cashback anyways, I ignored the extra costs and planned to avoid Fab Sales and go with the other guy. Till today, I was thinking some was wrong but luckily, he shipped the order.

Now, I would suggest people to buy from Shoptym but only after I receive the product in brand new condition and everything looks good.
