I have so far good experience with Tradus. Their products were found genuine and economically low priced. As far as delivery of item is concerned, the shipping charges may vary depending on the items. Some are very low and some very high but they always deliver the items within the stipulated schedule. Regarding customer care, on two occasions I contacted their customer care and have got proper reply without delay.They announce lot of offers/deals regularly but many are available for only mobile users !
