Do I have any pre approved card? Or it's a gimmick. Less than a month got 2 cibil enquiries done by HDFC.

Just Check Ur Emails Carefully, One Of Ur Emails Banners Contains Pre-Approved Dialog , Open That Link Enter Mobile Number And Dob/Pan -> Otp - Will Show Pre-Approved Cards , No Enquiry For This.
U Can Ask Ur Family Friends If They Saving Account But No Credit Card , Just Ask The Link For Pre-Approved Credit Card Email.
In March Out Of 10 Hdfc E-mails 1 Email May Contain Pre-Approved Banner.

Open the pre-approved link, go upto the page that shows card charges. if it shows fee for the card,
Close the link.
You might get a pre-approved offer within a few hours. Not guaranteed.

Most likely pre-approved. If your offer is pre-approved, chances are, you would receive atleast 10 calls from hdfc about the offer.

2 ways to find out:
1. When you open this link, first check the url carefully, if it is pre-approved, then you'll find 'preapproved' somewhere in URL.
2. on the link, after entering PAN/mobile no, check the steps... If 2nd step (highlighted below) is 'Choose Your Card', it means pre-approved and there will be no additional cibil enquiry. But if 2nd step says 'Confirm Your Details', then its not pre-approved and there will be a hard enquiry.
