Hotel booking not accepted

I booked a room and hotel did not accept it and asked me that yatra will give the refund. Next day I asked yatra.com to give me refund they denied as they say hotel says they did not say anything like this. I paid 3k and got none. I also travelled 100 miles and wasted my petrol, effort and weekend because of this. It’s a scam big big scam save yourself from this

Anybreason in particular? Why they didnt honor ur Room booking.

coz few cases they deny minor/unmarried couples rooms. (Just confirm if it is not ur case)

Did u stay in that hotel paying rent when they did not accept ur booking? If so share with yatra ur pay proof and file complaint. Next time call yatra on the spot instead of next day. At the end if that was a scam u could file a police report against the hotel.

Btw thanks for sharing ill be careful and record a video if they deny as a proof so they cant lie later.
