I am purchasing a laptop which has no OS on it. Any idea how to obtain and install Windows 11 on it? DM are welcome.

You can use windows media creation tool, to make bootable pendrive without having much headache. It's very easy, just few clicks and you are done. As it's their official tool so you will not have to worry about potential viruses.

It probably has free dos. It's an os as well.
Take your new laptop to a computer shop and ask them to put new os in it, they will do it.
If not, you can learn to do it yourself! It's pretty easy if you follow the steps.

If you still do not understand or don't like DIY with technology, then go to any computer shop and ask them to install W11. They will charge some money and install it.
