Legally, DD would not be directly liable.

Dipping the finger (or whichever body part has the stain) in concentrated oleum for thirty-five minutes will hundred percent work.
On a more serious note, why would you want to know this?
If these inks have silver nitrate as an active ingredient then sometimes (for some people) ammonia based breaching agents, ammonium itself or other things like cleaning products, non synthetic vinegar or detergent soaps too help lighten the stain.
For educational purposes only, when I was 13 or 14, I had tried Fevikwik, Supergkue and before those
had even tried Fevicol layers on skin to see if they can act as barrier again indigo used for white clothes.
I even checked once with some indelible ink type thing in our chemistry laboratory.
While Fewikwik, SuperGlue type thing will indeed block all pores of the skin and might even repel all moisture and thus not let the ink percolate,
it might be obvious to a skilled worker that the ink is not spreading as usual.
The main spreading happen at the cuticles and the staff is usually observant that the ink spreads there.
Fevicol will obviously be rubbed off or washed by water, if they catch something fishy.
But for Fevikeik layer on that part of finger, it will be difficult to justify that how the suoerglue spilled on the back side of the finger.
By the way, usually it washed of in 6-7 days, without much additional effort.
