Is SBI Cashback card working?

Tried to do online transaction using SBI Cashback card, it gets failed when it enters OTP page.Upon enquiring customer care,they said they are facing technical issue. Try after 30 minutes.
I am facing this transaction from today evening onwards?Anybody facing the same issue?

for me it was showing as "card not enabled for online transactions" but its enabled and I have been using it for the last 6+ months, tried it around 4pm today
