I have a jio number which was out of recharge since 2-3 months. 2 days ago I made 12 top up recharges of rs10 from bajaj offer. Recharge done successfully and also balance credited. Today when I'm trying to recharge again with 10rs it's showing - for top up I must have a active base plan. Any idea why is it happening? My intention was to collect some main balance by bajaj offer and then recharge a pack with total balance. Any solution for this now?

That's my point exactly. Why did they go through on first day! If they don't allow then they shouldn't have at any condition.

In reality those 12 rc. Should have also not allowed but maybe due to some bugs that happened
