Fraud Shopping Site !

I have shopped much from this online store , I have experienced much in 2-3 years of shopping!
In the start all running good like order delivery is quick & some samples also automatically added and delivered with my order , as the time goes the store became worst !
So on every order you earn reward points , I have many points which are cost upto 10,000 /- in total , So I have shopped from all accounts of my family & me !

So once a day I though my orders are on hold ,non – delivery , so I have contacted Care & no response ! So after 4 days received a call from Nykaa Store that you have shopped more than 50,000 /- in total & so your all orders will get cancelled !
This is shocking News for me !
So in all the orders I have used Reward points which have in my account + paid additional remaining value !

So after call received from store my all orders cancelled and reward points which were used during this purchase were removed from account permanently & when I have contacted them no response from store !
So overall I have lost RS.10,000 /- worth Reward Points from this store ! I have already stopped shopping from this fraud store “Nykaa” over a Year Ago
