Motorola : Worst After sales service

Hey Everyone, I bought a Mobile Phone i.e Motorola G32 during the Diwali sale from Flipkart. And after a month the mic problem has started. During the call for an initial 5 seconds my voice doesn't reach the other side, but I can hear them. After 5 seconds its works.

For this issues I already went to the service centre, and after 1 week again the same issues happening. Can anyone tell me, is there any way to get a refund from Motorola or Flipkart. Still it's under warranty (6 months left)

Flipkart has stopped 7 days retrun policy also.

For that also you need to go to service centre.

Flipkart won't entertain such things. You've already crossed the return period so contact manufacturer. Tweet on twitter by tagging Motorola, their appa will even respond you. These companies do care about their reputation on social media platform.

Flipkart has noting to do with this issue now, it has been almost 6 months. You have to deal with Motorola service centre, keep pressuring them by e-mail or any social media posts.

Refund from Flipkart is not an option. You have to pursue the issue with Motorola service centre alone.
