Naaptol is cheating the customers by its fake products
I ordered a robo car whose front wheels are not rotating due to which car is not moving forward. Naaptol didn;t tested the item before shipping and when I am trying to raise complaint then the customer support executive is refusing to take complaint by saying that product warranty was for two days only. This is totally unfair policies whose purpose is only to cheat their customers.

well its bad purchase
try writing your exp and their cheating tactics in twitter/facebook etc also raise complaint in pgportal.in or consumerforum portal
they may finally refund

It is not their mistake it is your mistake to trust on them
The whole market has declared them as thieves .
