Never use this app

Plzz don't use this app for bus bookings such a ridiculous app.They don't provide you proper bus details and tracking and even don't inform you about bus cancellation.Their customer executive does not talk properly with you if you have complaint and says that it is not their responsibility if the bus gets cancelled when you are standing at the boarding time.In my situation my bus gets cancelled when I am standing at the boarding point in Lucknow and they show no responsibility. Very ridiculous
