no refund of money even after returning the product

Think atleast thousand times before making any purchase from Amazon as your money may be at risk.
It has happened with me and it can happen with anyone. I am a prime member of Amazon India and doing the purchases on amazon since last several years including mobile phones and big appliances.
In November 2017 Amazon has stolen my Rs 1999 from my amazon pay balance and giving no response. They are not making the refund even after returning the product. Highly disappointed by the wrong actions and malpractices of amazon and feeing very much mentally harassed. Amazon claim to be highly professional company but in reality its stealing customers money.
In November 2017 I bought a Amazon basic black travel back pack which was duly delivered to me. But that bag was not meeting my requirements so I returned it. The amazon representative came to my place and picked up the product after checking and submitted it to his office. I have not received my refund of Rs. 1999 till date.
Amazon team is sending me the email that they have received an old product instead of their bag and that why the refund can not be issued.
The Amazon person who picked up the bag is the regular person in the area and has confirmed that he picked up the right product and submitted it to his office after getting it rechecked. He further submitted that this kind of issue is coming up and especially with the cloudtail vendor, who is a certified vendor of amazon.
As its clearcut that there has been some issue with their courier department and for that they are penalizing their honest and regular customers.
So instead of looking into their own systems and logistics and courier systems, they have stopped my refund and giving no response to me.
I am really shocked to see these malpractices at the end of Amazon and surely by this amazon is going to lose their valued customer.
Its more that 20 days and there is no response from amazon in this regard and no refund. I wish amazon has dealt with a better way with its custmers and have a proper management of its logistics instead to harassing and panelizing its honest and regular customers for amazon’s mistake.
I have got a lesson and hope that big bosses of amazon are reading this and are thinking to improve their own systems rather than stealing customers money as the small instances of these malpractices may lead to losing a big chunk of customers from Amazon.
I always believed in amazon but now as I have lost my money due to shopping on amazon and have not received any refund even after returning the product, I have to think million times before making any other order at amazon. I warn to other customers also for making any purchase from amazon if they want their money safe.
