Non delivery on advance payment

I order a product ID 10126464 by advance payment on 3rd feb, was supposed to be shipped by 7th but didnt…i called up and also wrote a mail to cust care and they assured me it would be shipped on 8th morning, which again did not happen… on 8th evening the twitter account of infibeam assured me that it would be shipped by evening, which ofcourse didnt happen again…now on 9th when i called up the cust. care the lady said there was some payment issues with vendor(guess Infibeam hasnt cleared past dues with vendors) after a while she said there was a stock issue, so i pressed and asked which one was true stock or payment ? on which she just hung up the phone… imagine the level of cust service… i feel like cheated since i paid in advance, never ever pay in advance to such shitty websites…i m at total mercy of infibeam now, thinking of complaining to APPELATE TRIBUNAL & Consumer Forum…
