Someone please help me
I have ordered a product from noymi.in on 30th march 24, but till now i haven't received it.. on calling noymi.in customer care person says they have shipped the product via ecom express, now they cant do anything
On mailing ecom express, only one response came that they will deliver product within 24 hrs, but this was before 1 week, now no1 responding to my calls or msgs
I have already paid for that product, haven't received till now
Please help :pray:

They want the customers ask this.

They are denying it, saying you will receive your order, but I'm not receiving any thing, neither product nor refund

why don't you raise chargeback request in your bank with the support of all these correspondences? Only exception is you bought at loot price to wait patiently for the item.
