any resolution for heating issue ??

Guys!!

I just got my pantech burst delivered today!! Its awesome!!
However, I’m having issues with the SIM Card. I cut the SIM Card and inserted it in the phone but it still says No Sim Card

Has anyone else got this same problem??

Probably i might have damaged the SIM, in this case can someone help me with how to get a new one from Airtel?

Simple. Just visit the Airtel Customer Care Center and buy a new one.

my pantech has a circular patch in the middle of screen..and written above it as touch to learn very vry dim though.
This appears constantly on the screen…
plz help how to fix this…

Received my burst today its in black color + ics is upgraded.
i liked the phones specs.
hv a doubt i saw that the phone has 16 gb but i can only see 12.33 y so..

Temple run 2 runs smoothly while in my sis samsung S duos temple run also lags..

Cant get the unlock code screen to show up, only getting the message Sim not supported MM#2

I have a original ATT Pantech Burst P9070, it came with GB out of the Box, since then I modified it :

Original GB from the Pantech website, then CW and root

When I put in a card from a non ATT provider I get only the message above, I tried to downgrade to GB , same result, I cannot get to the screen in order to enter the code.

I tried also the option ##4636## then phone and then choose GSM Auto PRL , usually the unlock screen shows up using this method.

Anyone maybe be able to solve this problem, I need this phone unlocked asap due to travel !

One of my Bursts had it. I applied for reimbursement. You can do that too, if you got it from eBay.

Alternatively, you can live with it. It’s very light and visible only on light backgrounds.

bought from ebay 21 daays passed but…

I am using windows 8 on my laptop.
Recently I received my phone and wanted to upgrade it to ics.
When i tried to connect it to my laptop, Its not recognizing.
I have kept usb debugging on, installed pc suite and tried restarting both laptop and mobile but no luck so far.
Any idea how to resolve it ?

Goto – Mobile Networks – APN – create new

1. APN NAME : Airtel
2. APN : airtelgprs.com

DON’T have to do any other settings! It should work!!!!! Its working for me, I’m from Mumbai – using Airtel!

Can anybody advice how much time does it take to completely charge Burst. Mine is charging very slowing

is there any way to change inbuilt keyboard?
i.e touch keyboard is a bit small, i am habbitual to inspire 4g, and burst has smaller touch keys in comparision
however in ladscape mode it is okay for me. but cant work everytime in landscape mode.

* Install Pantech PC Suite (If not already installed)

* Put your phone into SW Download mode (power off, then hold vol(-) and power simultaneously).
* Run the Download Tool, select pdl and flash
* On reboot, remember it asks network unlock code

I am still struggling with my Pantech Burst. Installed Stock ICS using after trying everything else on net. Now after installing Stock ICS, phone is network lock.
I know one tool is mentioned above for unlock, but I don’t know the IMEI number for my set. Can anybody tell me how to locate it???
