Paying One card bill using HDFC Millenia.

I am trying to pay my one card bill using HDFC Millenia debit card from One card app itself.
But it's not working. After entering my debit card details, it doesn't sends me to OTP authentication page. I have already checked many times. I am entering right DC number and expiry and CVV.
After clicking on pay option it shows juspay payment processing page and after 2-3 seconds it comes back to one card interface and shows payment pending. I feel like Payment gateway is not correctly handling the request.
How can I fix that, I have already checked my debit card is enabled for online transactions. I have also done few online transactions using this debit card already.
Second Question:
If I will pay through HDFC Millenia on onecard app, will I get 2.5% cashback?

Isn't onecard available in billpay?
Paid 2-3 Times last month, but not sure about cashback, as it will take time to process.
Also Paid BOB Bill from BOB site by HDFC DC, let's see it will get cashback or not
They will not help over the call. I have already tried once.
Juspay txn with mill.dc behaving like shaky.shit for 2 months now, if you don't get OTP, keep open your registered gmail page for OTP...
Yesterday, I paid bro within the app using a millennia debit card. Even, in the last 2 months it was working fine.
HDFC platinum dc also not working for this month on snappay

Is your card mastercard? Someone said their mastercard millennia is not letting them pay credit card bills.
