You got involved in illegal wallet / money trading , check @DealSeeker reply , accuse the another party with whom you traded wallet , don’t spread false info and accuse paytm . It was your mistake that you got involved in wallet trading .

Yes it is illegal to do , maybe desidime advocated and gave the impression that it was right thing to do, but technically it is illegal and some scenario like your occurs in which the exchange itself was illegal and money might be carded or any other bad source .

Only possible remedy for him is to hunt for the another guy with whom he traded and ask him to redo the whole process , but i doubt that will happen and there is no point in fooling paytmcare or anything like that .

you can use amount on ebay.

Paytm has unblocked my account and I have withdraw 5000 out of 5300

Lesson learnt
1) Never load paytm wallet above 500.
2) Never exchange paytm with oxi, pocket, imps with strangers
3) Never use same device for multiple ACS.

@desidimer131 Glad this worked out fine for you. And, yes, trading with strangers is always risky. But Paytm is apparently making it very easy for fraudsters to misuse this unofficial chargeback policy. :-/

even carding trick is killing innocent people

They blocked me too as I bought 4 big bazaar GVs from single PayTM account on nearby. This is weird reason to block. RIP PayTM.

No problem with 1 if you are fair in dealing with paytm. Had 10000+ for a fairly long period.
