Ex BJP MLA got life sentence and 25 lakh fine. Why no death penalty for that fucke&? Why our courts never give death penalty to rich n powerful? He tried to kill the victim by running her car with truck. Her aunts are dead. Are not those crimes heinous enough? So this what about. If rapist is from slum, you ll be like kill that bastard. If the rapist is from powerful society then let’s give him the slightly less punishment. This pisses me off.

I think our govt is an expert in doing these things.
Question is, what’s your opinion on this? If you respect court’s judgement, where was that respect during Hyderabad encounter? If you are against this, what are you gonna do about this?

Yes, I read, “Black Warrant, confessions of a Tihar Jailer”. The author mentions about these things. According to him, Manu Sharma, killer of Jessica Lal, is allowed to run his business from prison.

Entire world media telecast it.
But none of Indian media pick this news.
Even in google result, there’s no Indian media
except ndtv, obviously we don’t consider it either Indian or Media.

At the time of the incident, the girl was 16+ i guess and so is the judgement (Max acc to the new ordinance)
PS: Don’t consider Death Penalty as Max Punishment but again this (life imprisonment) can be misused if the convict is rich n has a political connection

Life sentence, may be misused to come out early or leading sort of comfortable life inside prison by illegal means; Otherwise death penalty is actually simple way out to criminal, like in case of Hyd case, they escaped the pain of living in prison for life
