not much support for Fire OS if you plan to use MOD apk's afaik

It will be much better to have seperate firestick instead of inbuilt FireOS.
If your TV goes faulty then you'll have to setup everything(kodi, stremio) afresh. Furthermore you can plug this into monitor or secondary tv. The portable firestick is much better arrangement imo.
LG and Samsung 43 inch televisions often comes under 25K with longer warranty period and smooth after sales.
