Hum itna loote hai unko toda time toh lage na boss recover karne kiya liya

I M with Pepperfry because they take long time to deliver products but they deliver genuine products at the cheapest price

regarding customer support it is far-far better from ebay.in

yea PEPPERFRY… is slow in delivering products.
I had placed order on 13Aug. this month n got it on 22’nd almost 10 days.
where they stand when other good sites like Mynta gives it hardly in 4 days (even 4 days are more….my experience)

You are right. Its very hard to track the order we place here. No updates. However, I personally just got the AWB for my order, after 7 days. I think they procure goods from other locations/stores and then re route it. Thats why it takes time.

i understand that pepperfry delays product it took 1 month also for some order to delivery product, but they did it, they din’t steal my money, i bought many deals as well from them only one product got delayed so no complaints from them we have to understand that they also can face some problem.

I agreed…..Pepperfry is not customer friendly.I placed an order of Clifton Tshirt and used a filler to complete the coupon criteria.They deliever the filler and mark the order as shipped .When calling to pepperfry customer care they replied that the tshirt is out of stock,Moreover they replied that they have no refund policy thats why they can only generate coupon .I want to know when the product is out of stock from their end then why they are not refunding my money.IS not is Fraud???

Pepperfry is better than Dealsandyou and Indiatimes Shopping anyday. So far No issues faced except delayed delivery

out of 3 ,2 order got really delayed over a month

I believe it’s individual experiences…..I bought so many things from pepperfry in very cheap prices…and every time got them delivered before committed date of delivery….:-D

There return policy isn’t good if there is any problem with your product.

How can a company which is doing a full fledged business have no order update..not one time called 3 times and no update for order.

I ordered on 16th of August (Even it is 7 working days from 16th of August, I should have received the product yesterday) and below was the message that I got after placing the order:

“Your order will be shipped in 7 working days. Feel free to contact us or call us at 18002097379 if you have any queries”
Your order # is: 100230500
You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress"

It is really surprising to know that they have no update on the order, Are they doing business in old fashioned like keeping a register and manually doing entries…

To be honest we are the one who can make such sites a lesson ? Either they should be specific in providing correct updates to customer (like shipping in 7 days or 7 months;-)) so that customer knows that company is keeping its commitments.

Its no monopoly now a days…unless someone raises the issue things are quiet and each one of is happy in their own business…..

Not any bad compared to hclstore, this so called mnc company didn’t even bother to reply my emails and only calls up whenever i post something in facebook. hclstore dosen’t have any customer care when you chat they give one number. when calling that number its always busy. so in my opinion hclstore is the worst store to shop online

I still not received my eurodiya ordered on 12th july. Mailed them to cancel the order but no reply!

Even i shopped from pepperfry.The thing i hated the most is that once you buy a product you cannot return it if u dont like it.You can only return it if u get a wrong size or a defected item.

Im regular @ PPFY, yup!!PPFY i far bettr @discounted rates!!! CC is fine compared to othrs, u can rate 7 on 10,(even Airtel CC keeps u on wait), yes product delivery bit slow but thy usually deliver in 15days.According to them thy ship in 7 working days n thy wont count satrdy n sundy as working days!!! Yes got it clarified from thr CC. thr refund policy is bit choky, hope thy vl become a btr site in cmg dys..

Yes, but this is the section that grabs most attention.

Even I had bad experience with pepperfry. I made the mistake of ordering a nebulizer that had MAX 7 days shipping. Everytime I called the support guys and requested to ship it fast, they said they will expedite shipping, but nothing happened. Since it was taking too long, I had to purchase one from local store since I needed it urgently. When I asked support to cancel order and refund, they said refund will be only in form of pepperfry coupons – that is toooo bad. Finally they shipped 13 days after I placed the order. They use dehlivery for courier, It has been 7 days since status shows as shipped. Now status on tracking says it is out for delivery. So if I get it today, it has taken 20 days from order placement to delivery.

Compare it to flipkart. Most items get delivered the next day.

Though there are some pricing issues that are noticed. I hope pepperfry improves upon them.

Mostly all products are genuine.

Cons:
Customer service and delivery time is pathetic.

You know that every product is priced atleast 30-40% higher.

Refund and return Policy.

Not sure why they still have pepperpoint link

It was a very good site to shop, where patience used to pay.

Going forward if they are making coupons account specific , giving less coupons they need to improve service or else they cannot pull customers.

So hoping CS will improve.

I did have one – two bad experience but still it is a good site..

No it is not the pricing that is the problem. Two major problems:

Delivery time too high. Do not order medical equipments if you need them in next few days.
Refunds are in form of coupons, they do not refund money. This is totally unacceptable.

for example, I ordered all the Himalaya products in lots to make sure my order is around 900 using coupon 450 coupons and everything got delivered i checked on every product nobody in entire Delhi was ready to give discount of more than 3 to 5 %.

Again, I am very sure about the originality as i have seen TIN no. paid bill for every product.

I am happy from PEPPERFRY

i request not to discourage people from taking the benefit of pepperfry till they are giving.
