Suggest ways to fulfill Amex CC Spending of Rs.50,000/-in 3 months for getting fee waiver

My AMEX MRCC CC is due for fee renewal this months. When I contacted the Customer care they gave an option of spending Rs.50,000/- (no conditions apply) within 3 months for full waiver of Rs.4500+GST.
Please suggest me ways to complete 50K spending in 3 months.

open few new amazon accounts and buy amazon pay gvs. you can then add gvs in main account or exchange it in trade section.
