Telegram android app issue- message lag/delay load

I am using Samsung 22 ultra. From past some weeks Telegram notifications shows the new message on the notification bar but on clicking that inside the app no message shows as new unread. And after going inside a chat/ group new message load suddenly. Battery optimization is unrestricted for telegram. Telegram is updated.
Also already tried usual steps of uninstall/reinstall/clear data & cache and restarting the device.

Device s22 ultra
Till now tried, factory reset of device, using telegram app from telegram website ( its a different app from the play store version).
Nothing worked.
Last hope is one ui 6.1
