even some products from WSRETAIL also not showing the in a guarantee option

checked an ear phone costing 650 rs in a day guarantee is not available

checked some shoes worth 2000 rs it is available. I am a Flipkart first user. without logging in also it is not showing for the ear phones to HYD.

Long back tried BB Royal Sonamasuri… was very disappointed with quality…

couple of weeks back tried Ratna Gold Sonamasuri 25 Kgs back with 1 Kg sugar free, quality was good, same like the one’s i buy offline for 50RS/KG

I paid 970 (20% new account discount & 5% payu discount) for 25Ks Rice + 1 KG sugar + 1 Delicious Biscuit packet

So got rice @ RS 38/KG

Anyways now using TerraGreens Organic Brown Rice & Hand Pounded Rice… its costing around RS 50/Kg (stocked for couple of months)

I checked couple of mobiles(Moto G, X,E, Iphone 5s)and some books, In-a-Day delivery is available. previously it was removed for all the products

recently I got 1 student account activated after applying 5 times, so bought for RS 250, immediately after purchase noticed Hyderabad was removed for In-a-day was very much disappointed now happy

Fruits are little bit pricey and quality is not so good for fruits like Gauva, Musk Mellon, Pappaya etc..

Apples, Grapes & Pomegranate price will be same of Vijetha

Bananas will be good, but most of the times delivery person will keep something on them and i get atleast 2 fruits damages in 12

Meat i can’t comment, I am eggtarian

If you don’t like the quality or the condition of the product during delivery you can reject individual items and money will be credited back to your wallet in Bigbasket

2 bananas kosam motham 12 pampichayali and 40 Rs alla wallet lo vundipothayi (every time new account kada )

need to wait till my next order to get them or need to buy offline. even excluding damaged ones price will be less than offline price.

If its a costly product i reject them outright

99.9% they will come during that time only.. delays happen very rarely when there is unusual heavy traffic

I guess no… based on my experience.. but they strive for ultimate customer satisfaction… sometimes if they don’t have products in stock, they buy directly from shops for full price and delivery it to you.

Happened so many times for fruits, delivery person used to get them in polythene carry bag
