Timtara customer care is worst and timtara is just a scam

I purchased whirlpool refrigerator from timtara..

Its delivery time is 8-10 days but more than 30 days are over still my account shows that it is awaiting shipment..

I called the customer care they are telling bad responses and worst customercare not lifting calls also from me.
They wont reply to ur mails also.

at last i filed a complaint in aksoha.com..

Akosha.com solved my complaint in 1 day and i recieved the product now..
please avoid timtara.com from e-commerce.
