Actually, I do know of another way to track somebody even if he changes/masks his IP and clears the browser cookies. But this is new top-secret level information that I won’t share with anyone. Just know that such a way exists.

They can’t track you if you change your IP and clear your browser cookies, but they probably have a decent algorithm that looks at other factors (like region, browser agent/platform, viewport size, aberration in the frequency of new requests, etc.) to force account verification in order to avoid creation of bot-based bulk fake accounts.

Actually, I do know of another way to track somebody even if he changes/masks his IP and clears the browser cookies. But this is a new top-secret level information that I won’t share with anyone. Just know that such a way exists.
