Very disappointed with the casual services of croma

Heard a lot previously good for online croma store, but practically it does not meet the expectations what one thinks before the purchase of any goods from the online store.

I have purchased one 43" television from online and they have delivered wrong product and from the date of installation i.e 11th of september 2023 till the date they are not even giving the importance and every time sharing a new timeline and I am feeling like exhausted victim.

I have placed the order 8th of september and got the delivery on 10th september and installation member from jeevas company arrived at my address on 11th september and after the installation I got the update the specification of the television was wrong provided to me and the television is smart only but not android and voice search engine also not working for the same. At the same time I have communicated with the customer executive of croma and shared all details and he assured me that the wrong product has been delivered and It will be returned and I will get the refund aeap. But till the date no one has arrived to pick up the product and no one is even sharing me any update regarding my query from your team over call message or through mail.
From the date and time of installation of the television 11th september 02:00 PM I am continuously trying to get rid of this but your support is really pathetic and I am really exhausted by calling you everyday for the resolutions and still I am doing the same but cant see a positive sign or efforts from your end to make this work.
