What is the best dummy ticket generation tool for tourist visa purposes?

First of all my dandwat pranaams to this community for posting thousands of deals- where I have easily saved a few thousands myself. May this tribe grow and may its benefits extend to more smartly shopping Indians.
I need help with a flight itinerary for Japan tourist visa purposes- haven't booked the flight+hotel yet waiting on visa approval. I am looking for a free tool to generate a dummy ticket- could not find this discussion posted here hence this one. A dummy ticket is different from a fake ticket (which is not worth the paper it is printed on) - as it is verifiable by the visa officer should they decide to check the PNR on the airline website, at least till the visa is issued.. they are on-hold PNRs typically held by airlines for 48hours up to maybe even 3 weeks.. it is a good idea to book them as close to the visa appointment as possible.. they are obviously the smarter & safer approach to paying full fare as you lose much much less if the visa is rejected for whatever reason.. so of the more experienced travellers I ask..

Book FULLY refundable flights with a fancy airline like Singapore Airlines or Cathay Pacific. Will have to pay full amount upfront and get refunded later. This only works if your flight is a few weeks+ out though.
Do NOT submit fake tickets for any visa ever. Dummy might be okay but I wouldn't take the chance honestly.
Flight itinerary differs from flight ticket. I use email from ticket agent as itinerary. (used for Australia).
If flight ticket is required, will suggest to book cancellable flight (money stuck temporarily) rather than editing out or using websites which you are not sure about
