Myself Dr. Z. H. Choudhury, I have purchased TISSOT watch, which cost alomost 80k. within 6 months watch got problem. I have complained and asked for replacement but just they pretended to be doing something, after long 2 months wait they replied replacement not possible only services can be done. I went authorised service centre, once they see TATACLQ they denied. Same matter I have informed to customer service and they again pretended to be doing. After 10 day replied in mail - you have visited unauthorzed service center and we wont accept your request. Such a fraud customer service I have ever seen. I lost huge money, fraud seller TATACLIQ. Dont buy from this website, they are cheaters.

Doesn't matter from where the watch is bought...if we visit Tissot official service center and provide them printout of original bill...they are bound to help...if service center doesn't help, file a consumer court complaint against TISSOT SERVICE CENTER...TataCliq is just like a shop from where things are only purchased..warranty comes under Tissot
