I received product on 10th oct 2023, then I was supposed to return the product but the quality failed due to tags were missing, hence they asked me to wait till 31st oct 2023. Today is 1st nov 2023 and I’m still waiting for the resolution. In future don’t ever try to purchase through this platform as they don’t care about their customers. While placing the order they need immediate cash transfer and when it comes to customer they really don’t care.Escalation team was supposed to call and still they are not calling. @myntra1001

Any Flipkart related company & their escalation matrix is like 4 colleagues sitting next to each other playing musical chair. The one who loses handles the case.
